The First Sustainable/Green Residential Building Project Completed In the Year 2011:
Dr Rey Galua constructed the primary Sustainable/Green Residential House, FPIA, situated in Pueblo Golf Estate, Pueblo de Oro, Cagayan de Oro City. His doctoral Dissertation took his certificate in Doctor of Sustainable Development Studies, focal in the country and metropolitan arranging. This House is likewise where Dr Rey Galua his family has lived since its fulfilment in 2011.
Recently Completed Projects:
A 5 story Building extension of the current Madonna and Child Hospital situated at Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, was finished in 2019. This Building houses the specialists’ centre and other outpatient administrations of the medical clinic.
BIR 13 Records Building, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Butuan city, Philippines.
A 3 story Office building is the expansion of the Bureau of Internal Revenue Butuan City office in 2018.
On-Going Construction Projects:
3 Story Community Hospital Building, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte
A 3 Story Hospital building was a plan under the standards of Sustainable/Green engineering Design. This task needs civic chairman Norbert B. Pagaspas, the city chairman of Buenavista, Agusan del Norte. As of now, the development is going on.
