We offer a Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we sell if all parts are returned unused and in their original packaging. Please call customer service within 7 days of receipt of your order at (772) 617-0129, to obtain an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization) Returns must be received back within 30 days of the purchase date. Some returns are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Can all pieces be washed in the dishwasher?
Yes. However, they must be washed without hot water and hand dried. Heat will damage the HDPE Cake Boards.
